Ovative/Group is a launch pad for new companies. With our access to innovation from the venture capital industry, and knowledge and expertise in enterprise digital transformation, we fill white spaces. Our focus in incubating new companies within Ovative/Group is to spin them out into standalone companies.
Currently we are working in technology transfer with IP from one vertical industry to apply to the retail and brand marketing segments. We also are developing joint ventures with global technology leaders in unique combinations under new corporate structures.
Our first venture, TalkingFish, works with top tier mass retailers for enhanced retailer mobile apps with one-to-one offer and content addressability. Also, this venture’s technology can track and heat map shoppers traffic patterns and dwell times in store. This data can drive merchandising and planogram programs.
