Ovative/Group’s offices are located at the Open Book, the largest center devoted to the literary arts in the country. Literary tenants include a book art center, a writing center and a nationally known book publisher. Ovative/Group occupies

three levels in Open Book, which opened ten years ago when three historic buildings were combined along the Mississippi river in Minneapolis’ warehouse district.
