Ray Sandza

Ray Sandza is involved in project management and client engagement across a number of Ovative/Group’s practice areas. Prior to joining Ovative/Group, Sandza worked in Silicon Valley, co-founding a valuation services firm targeted at early-stage companies where he drove product definition, development and launch strategy. Previously, Sandza spent four years as a Management Consultant with Bain & Company advising clients from a wide variety of industries on strategic and organizational issues.

Sandza has an undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
