Stephen Baxter
Steve Baxter is Executive Director, Ovative/Services and leads Ovative/Group’s Monetization Practice Area. Baxter has 12 years of digital, direct and database marketing experience with top tier retail brands. Prior to joining Ovative/Group Baxter spent eight years at Target Corporation in progressively responsible marketing leadership roles. His area of responsibilities included monetization of owned media asset inventory across three screens including, PC (email and website), Mobile and In-Store medias resulting in the generation of significant new revenue streams. He developed comprehensive and innovative multi-channel marketing strategies that included developing Target’s digital and direct marketing analytical capabilities, vendor partner evaluation and selection, and enabling utilization across the enterprise.
Prior, Baxter’s database and direct marketing experience began at a leading direct marketing organization where he managed key business segments including strategy development, P&L management and operational execution. Baxter has a B.S. in mathematics from Bob Jones University.
