  • developing, executing, and measuring recruitment and activation programs and promotions to generate program interest and sign-up
  • identifying influencers and establish relationships with scalable partners within the space that can deliver impactful results

communication management

Affiliate marketing is rooted in publisher communication and relationship building. In addition to our measurement capabilities and focus, we also foster thoughtful and proactive partner communication:

  • develop and release weekly/monthly and ad-hoc publisher communication notifying Publishers of upcoming offers, initiatives, products, and general program information
  • manage publisher approvals, declines, compliance issues, publisher inquiries and requests; escalating to the client when needed

creative management

In addition to facilitating the building of links, banner uploads, and creative requests Ovative/group will:

  • continually analyze and monitor creative performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • review publisher sites for creative, tracking and link compliance; manage the communication and follow up as needed
  • work directly with the client to understand promotional cadence and provide recommendations and align strategies to upcoming campaigns

identify paid placement opportunities

We thoughtfully recommend cost effective, incremental revenue-driving paid placement or non-traditional hybrid placement opportunities. Due to Ovative/group’s longstanding history with top Publishers, we are able to negotiate favorable increased exposure opportunities yielding a positive return.


Ovative/group actively reviews the space to identify non-compliant behavior including but not limited to: fraud, cookie stuffing, unidentified sites, unapproved toolbars or software, SEM violations, etc. and takes necessary action as needed. Actions may include: notifying publisher of non-compliant actions requiring action within certain time frame (depending on infraction), removing Publisher from the program, reducing or revoking commission during time of non-compliant behavior.
